Master planning

The Board of Trustees at KIST commissioned W & A to undertake a comprehensive land-use plan for the available property under the Institutes management board. Among the many uses, the board intends to develop a technical university alongside the existing technical institution, put up investment focused developments as well as retain research facilities for the coffee plantation. This exercise is currently ongoing with views of initial proposals for the appropriate land uses and
sizes undergoing stakeholder discussions to ensure before final proposals are forwarded.
