History

The firm was established in January 1972 by J. G. Waweru and was the first fully indigenous architectural firm registered in Kenya. The firm, a registered partnership, has over 41years of professional architectural experience and has established itself as a reputable provider of high quality architectural services.

Philosophy

W & A believes in and is dedicated to providing excellent and sustainable design solutions based on client needs through efficient, aesthetically pleasant, sustainable and meticulously detailed designs, all within available resources.
Delivery of services is achieved by engaging themost competent human capacity and ensuring proper process management and documentation. The best and up to date hardware equipment and software resources are leveraged for efficient expression of the

This is a Canadian multidisciplinary consulting firm which undertakes large scale engineering and planning projects in Canada, Middle-East and other parts of the world. This firm seconds personnel to Waweru and Associates when necessary.

Consortia

Waweru and Associates forms temporary project based multidisciplinary consortia with firms in Kenya and from other parts of the world as demanded by the nature of projects. The firm has gathered a lot of experience both as leader and member of such consortia.
